The Residence at Tomichi is a stand-alone building that offers the greatest privacy. You enter the residence through the entry stairwell, and includes a fully fenced back yard, private campfire means and gas grill. With a beautiful semi-open floor plan, this pet friendly home features a spacious living space, full dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with full refrigerator, and cooking capabilities. The master suite boasts one king size bed, and sitting area, along with a full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with full beds respectively, and include a writing desk.
Like the guestrooms in our main lodge, The Residence is tastefully appointed with Paya Spa bath products; Serta Pillow Top beds are perfectly tucked under luxury linens, and the open windows provide a cool breeze of crisp mountain air.

Statistically, Colorado is the most dog friendly state in the Union.
Who would we be, not to love pups of all shapes and sizes?
Tomichi Village accepts all breeds under 70lbs, with a limit of two dogs per room. Dogs must be registered during check-in at the Front Desk. Please contact the front desk at extension ‘0’ to arrange personalized service. Dogs must be kenneled, if left in a guest room unattended. For more information on the pet policy click here.

Payments
Upon check-in, we must have a valid credit card matching the name of the guest on file to authorize for the full amount of your stay.
At check out, you may pay in cash and the authorization on the credit card will be released according to the cardholder policy.
(usually 1-3 business days)
We do not accept a cash deposit for the stay at check-in.
When your company or a third party is financially responsible for your stay, we will email them a credit card authorization form to confirm and authorize the room rate, tax, and any applicable charges.

Smoking Policy
The Inn at Tomichi Village is a non-smoking facility.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and on balconies. Cleaning fee starting at $250.00 may be applied.
Smoking in permitted areas only.
